Here, you will explore the graceful and varied movements of Egyptian belly dance while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. An energetic experience where you work your entire body and have fun at the same time!

During this course, you will learn the basics of oriental belly dance. You will practice fundamental techniques and put together different step combinations. The goal is to learn the foundations and get an introduction to oriental dance in a fun and easygoing way.

Oriental dance is a collective term for dances originating from North Africa and the Middle East. The focus is on soft and grounded hip movements, graceful arms, and a strong connection to the music. The dance is performed by both men and women and is often divided into various folkloric and classical styles.
